Cameron, a Licensed Massage Therapist, has been doing massage and bodywork for almost three decades and likes to use an integrative approach to bodywork. “Massage therapy serves as a foundation for relaxation and tension relief and paves the way for deeper benefits from energy work and chakra balancing,” she says. “Energy work, including Reiki, focuses on healing and balancing energy fields within and around the body, to enhance the natural healing processes.
