Please allow 90 minutes for the following:

45 minutes for Mat Pilates experience with Lauren Beeler.

20 minutes for intake, overview of the SomatIQ Awareness Exercise & Breathwork with Morgan Tyner

25 minutes for journaling / reflection, integration, and sharing.
