In honor of Yoga Month, we are delighted to present Shoshana Treichel, owner of Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy. Treichel answered the call when Natural Awakenings Publisher Michelle Smith invited new yoga advertisers to join our Masters of Yoga page for a chance to be on our Inspired Living, Yoga issue of Natural Awakenings Gulf Coast. Treichel is excited to share that Above and Beyond Yoga and Salt Therapy won the 2022 Nappie Award for Best Yoga Studio in Mobile.

This is the 6th Nappie for Treichel. She attributes her success to her Krishnamacharya lineage, a three-year training program at the world-renowned Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. It’s the only extensive yoga therapy program offered internationally. Above and Beyond offers 10 styles of yoga, including Pure Power, which is a yoga with weights class, designed by Treichel.
