For Fascia Health and Wellness owner Christy Tadlock, LMT (AL Lic #6444), healing extends beyond the treatment room. Her work centers on helping clients reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel supportive, empowering and sustainable. She specializes in fascia therapy, focusing on the connective tissue system to relieve pain, improve mobility and support overall wellness.
A Louisiana native, Tadlock brings more than 35 years of experience in the salon industry, where she developed a foundation of trust, connection and hands-on care. Recognizing that many clients struggled with unresolved tension, she pursued advanced study of fascia and the nervous system.
“The body is fully connected, and if we’re not addressing fascia, we’re often missing the root cause,” she says.
Tadlock’s approach blends myofascial release, intuitive bodywork and client education. Through her Fascia coaching, she offers ongoing support between sessions with practical tools and check-ins designed to encourage consistency.
In 2024, Tadlock and her husband relocated to Foley to enjoy coastal living. She joined Alabama Shores Chiropractic in January, continuing her work helping clients move more freely and feel their best.
