True wellness begins with the quality of the food used to fuel the body every day. Fia Farms & CSA connects households across Northwest Florida and South Alabama with a network of local and regional growers, providing fresh, seasonal produce, farm-fresh eggs and artisan sourdough to members through home delivery and community pickup locations.

Rather than operating as a single farm, Fia Farms collaborates with multiple regional farmers utilizing natural and regenerative agricultural practices. This cooperative approach supports local agriculture while providing members with a diverse selection of fruits, vegetables and herbs that naturally change throughout the year.

“I think we’ve become incredibly disconnected from the fact that nutrition starts long before food reaches our plate,” says Cetacea Ware, owner of Fia Farms. “It starts with the soil, the way something is grown, when it’s harvested and the people responsible for growing it.”

By aligning with the natural agricultural cycles of the Gulf Coast, Fia Farms observes a planned summer pause during the intense heat of July, August and September. Deliveries resume in October with rich fall harvests. Fia Farms is utilizing this seasonal pause to expand partner farm relationships and update FiaFarms.com, adding detailed information about member farms to ensure complete sourcing transparency.

When deliveries resume in October, Fia Farms will deliver to Baldwin County on Wednesdays, Northwest Florida on Thursdays and Mobile on Fridays. In addition to offering convenient home delivery, Fia Farms will have community pickup locations available.
