Earth’s Creations & Wellness, in Grand Bay, is featuring its Organic Elderberry Syrup this month, a recipe developed with families and year-round wellness in mind.

Owner Alex Scott built the formula around organic stinging nettle leaf, traditionally used to support the body during seasonal allergy challenges, and organic mullein leaf, valued historically for respiratory and lung support. Rather than refined sugar or honey, the syrup is sweetened with blue agave, which has a lower glycemic index than table sugar and produces a slower rise in blood glucose. Each serving contains about 2,300 milligrams of elderberry.

“My goal is to bring clean, quality products to families and make them available to everyone,” Scott says. “Knowing every ingredient I give my own family is extremely important to me, and I want our customers to have that same transparency,” she adds, noting that all ingredients are clearly listed on the company’s labels.

Earth’s Creations & Wellness products are available online and at select retailers throughout the Gulf Coast.
