Held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for Senior adults.

The Forever Young series of classes is set up as a 4 week commitment, three 1-hour classes per week. 

This class starts with an assessment which measures balance, flexibility, strength, posture and cognition. 

The data that we are seeing shows marked improvement in these areas!
