This year’s expo promises to be bigger and better than ever, especially since we’ve moved it from spring to later summer to better serve the local community. This event is about self-care, after all, and it makes sense to offer it when the tourists have largely gone, the kids are back in school, and the rest of us can finally take a breath and focus on our health and well-being.

The Emerald Coast Holistic Health Expo showcases the latest in functional, integrative, and complementary medicine, regenerative whole health, nutrition, fitness, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and green living. More than 100 exhibitors will be on hand to talk about their services and products, give informative presentations and workshops, lead cutting-edge experiences and samplings of their offerings.

As always, the indoor and outdoor exhibit spaces, demonstrations, presentations, and music are free and open to all. Workshops and classes are available for a nominal fee, and private sessions with natural and spiritual healers are offered at a reduced rate.
