About FoodRx: Our FoodRx Healthy Cooking Classes and Dinners are in part due to the support of The Hive Foundation of Innisfree Hotels and USA Health. Each event brings 20 dinner guests together to enjoy a hands-on, healthy cooking workshop with nutritional insights and health statistics from local physicians, nurses, dietitians and a professional chef. FoodRx events are meant to share the positive impact culinary medicine and evidence-based nutrition have on health and disease. After a brief presentation, class participants divide into groups, each preparing a portion of dinner before enjoying the communal meal together around the table.
