JOSH FANDRICH
Owner/Regional Director
OsteoStrong Fairhope, Midtown Mobile
A membership-based integrative health and wellness center focusing on musculoskeletal strengthening for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Josh Fandrich, owner of
OsteoStrong in Fairhope and Mobile, is passionate about health, wellness and
biotechnology. With a background in training athletes and motivation to help
people with quality of life, he became an influencer in the biohacking
community, introducing tools created by Dr. John Jaquish and used by Dave
Asprey, Kyle Zagrodsky, Dr. Joseph Mercola and Tony Robbins.
“OsteoStrong is more like a smart
gym,” says Fandrich. “It focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Because of the
aging process, we start to lose bone mass after the age of 30. A weak frame
contributes to sarcopenia which also effects balance, slower reaction time, as
well as losing the edge and more prone for injury from an athletic
perspective.”
Fandrich jumped at the
opportunity to bring OsteoStrong to Alabama as a Regional Director for the
Corporation and opened locations in Fairhope and Midtown Mobile. Soon, there
will be a third in South Foley.
While Fandrich has introduced the
technology to professional and collegiate coaches and athletes around the U.S.,
it’s not just for athletes. “Our biggest impact is on people with
osteoporosis,” says Fandrich, adding that one in two women and one in three men
over age 50 have fragility fractures due to osteoporosis.
“With our proprietary technology,
we can address bone density issues without the unwanted side-effects from
pharmaceuticals,” says Fandrich. “Our system not only addresses the bone, but
the complete musculoskeletal system. Members experience reduced back and joint
pain, better management of A1C for Type 2 diabetes, balance improvements,
functional strength gains and improved posture.”
OsteoStrong partners with Tony
Robbins, author, life coach, motivational speaker and philanthropist. Under
Robbins’ influence, OsteoStrong has evolved into a biohacking wellness studio
addressing cellular health and recovery, with technology including X3 bar
variable resistance personal training, red light/infrared light, PEMF therapy
and BioCharger.
